This site is here so I can practice writing about stuff I know and so I can help other people by letting them read about what I've learned. It's broken up into 3 main parts:
<ul>
    <li>A blog:<br/>I'll try to write blog posts once every two weeks about technical problems I run into or interesting stuff I learn.</li>
    <li>A list of projects:<br/>I'd like to have a page about each major personal side-project I've worked on.</li>
    <li>Some self-authored educational materials</li>
</ul>

<h3>About me</h3>
I'm a computer engineer. I live in Chicago. I graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's in music performance studying under <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Sinta">Donald Sinta</a> and <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timothy_McAllister">Tim McAllister</a>. I also got a degree in Computer Engineering from U of M. Right now, I'm getting a PhD working with <a href="https://josiahhester.com/cv/">Josiah Hester</a>.<br/><br/>

I spend a lot of time rowing and lifting weights. I also play drums in the Chicago-based punk band <a href="https://www.facebook.com/TheAltarsChi/">The Altars</a>.<br/><br/>
